We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our product team. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring successful product delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and defining and shaping our products. As a scale-up with ideas in abundance setting the right priorities and delivering value fast are crucial. If you believe in what we are doing, are passionate about innovation, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of product management principles, we want to hear from you.


Responsibilities:

Building the Product

  • Translate the product roadmap into actionable epics.
  • Prioritize the development roadmap and backlog in close collaboration with the tech lead.
  • Ensure that the engineers understand the customer's problem clearly by having clear user stories defined in collaboration with the tech lead and engineers.
  • Keep the "to-do" column of the board filled with well-defined user stories.
  • Monitor and drive the development process to meet product deadlines.
  • Increase or decrease team size as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with sales, account management and solution architects to ensure a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
  • Facilitate alignment and consensus among stakeholders with differing perspectives and priorities to get to the best solution.
  • Provide support to the implementation teams so we have smooth go-lives and use their feedback to improve our product

Defining Product Strategy

  • Conduct and collect customer discovery activities to understand typical customer problems, their reach, and impact.
  • Verify the roadmap using prototypes and MVPs.
  • Drive product discovery efforts to identify potential solutions to customer problems, considering effort and confidence factors.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap in collaboration with our Head of Product that includes a list of features and initiatives with clear descriptions and business requirements.

Job requirements

What skills do you bring as an Product Owner


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering (scalable) products.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with customer discovery and product discovery techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Kanban methodologies and experience working with engineering teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
