The Role

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer with a strong front-end focus, but with solid Python back-end experience. You’ll be working on highly impactful projects, mentoring junior developers, and developing intuitive UI experiences that shape the way our clients interact with our technology.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and optimize user interfaces using React and server-side rendering techniques.

• Work with Python to build scalable and maintainable back-end systems, ensuring performance and reliability.

• Mentor (junior) developers, helping them grow their skills and improve the overall quality of our codebase.

• Ensure software quality by implementing robust testing strategies, including unit tests and integration tests.

• Collaborate across teams, working closely with product managers, designers, and AI engineers to build impactful solutions.

• Improve our development processes, advocating for best practices in authentication, testing, and API design.

What We’re Looking For

• Level: Mid-to-senior level developer preferred, but juniors eager to learn may also be considered.

• Mindset: A problem-solver who thrives on tackling challenges and delivering impactful solutions.

• Team fit: Someone who enjoys being in the office, connecting with colleagues, and sharing knowledge openly.

Must-Have Skills

• Front-End Mastery: Strong experience with React (or similar frameworks like Vue.js/Angular) and server-side rendering.

• Back-End Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask preferred).

• API Mastery: Strong understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, and OpenAPI spec for API documentation.

• Testing & Quality Focus: Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and knowledge of best practices for maintaining high-quality code.

• Mentorship & Leadership: Ability to support junior developers, review code, and foster a learning culture within the team.

• Cloud Awareness: Basic familiarity with Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
