What you’ll do here

As a Continuous Improvement Lead, you’ll be the bridge between our tech and the world it operates in. You’ll make sure our AI systems stay smart, helpful and reliable — and that they keep getting better over time. You’ll be part engineer, part consultant, part problem-solver. You’ll be the person who helps our digital workforce learn, improve and make a real impact every day. And as such, you lead the entire post-delivery experience for our clients.

We’re a Rotterdam-based tech scale-up with big ambitions and a small, close-knit team. We like working together at the office because we believe the best ideas happen when people connect. That doesn’t mean endless meetings. It means asking questions over coffee, figuring stuff out on a whiteboard and celebrating when we fix something that matters.

Who we’re looking for

Someone who understands how AI systems behave, enjoys troubleshooting and experimenting, and knows how to manage a client when something’s off or an opportunity emerges. More specifically:

• You can build products but want to build bridges towards the client-facing side of the company.

• You can identify improvement areas, turn these observations into an aligned design and manage execution.

• You can get to the bottom of bugs and improvements while maintaining a birds-eye view across clients and products.

• You can just as easily lead workshops at clients, manage client expectations, handle escalations, and lead sales meetings.
